The easiest cheesecake you'll ever make. Square slices make this cake a treat for the eyes.


Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Combine crumbs with butter, then press into an 8” square pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese with Sweet Dip. Beat in sour cream, then egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Bake until centre is firm, 35–40 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
Tips

Chef Tip: Place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven to promote even baking and to reduce cracking.

Serving Suggestion: For the best flavour, refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and top with whipped cream and fresh berries, if you wish.
